LATE MODEL PRODUCT USAGE FORMS DUE
Several weeks ago, Late Model Teams were sent a revised, simplified and updated "2005 Product Usage Form." Several are still outstanding. If you are a Late Model team who has misplaced this form, please contact the office (802-244-6963) so we can get another form to you. If you haven't taken the time to complete the form, please take a few minutes to fill it out and send it in (PO Box 296, Waterbury, VT 05676). Forms can also be faxed to 802-244-1616.
