Four American-Canadian Tour (ACT) race winners will receive a guaranteed starting spot in the final SÚrie Nationale Castrol race of the season at Quebec's Autodrome Ste-Eustache by winning one of four designated events.

The 300 lap race at the 4/10ths mile oval near Laval, Qc is set for Sunday, Sept 24. The qualifiers will take place at tracks of varying sizes in four different states and provinces. The winner of La Mega Classique at Quebec's Sanair Super Speedway, a 7/8ths mile tri-oval on July 8-9 will be the first to earn a guaranteed starting spot. Plattsburgh, New York's Airborne Speedway, a D-shaped half-mile oval will host its qualifier on Saturday, July 22. The winner of the 100-lap event at the historic Oxford Plains Speedway (Oxford, ME), a 3/8ths mile slightly banked oval will also transfer into the 300 lapper as will the winner of the Bond Auto Labor Day Classic 200 at Barre, Vermont's Thunder Road Int'l Speedbowl, Sept 2-3. In addition to earning a guaranteed starting position in the SÚrie Nationale Castrol finale, the winners at Sanair and Thunder Road will also claim a $10,000 prize for their victories in ACTion Super Series events. An additional caveat attached to the final SÚrie Nationale Castrol event is that the highest finishing driver who participated in 100% of the SÚrie Nationale Castrol events, regardless of position, will earn a provisional guaranteed starting position in the $10,000 to win New England Dodge Dealers Milk Bowl. The 43rd annual Milk Bowl, the third ACTion Super Series event of 2006, will take place at Thunder Road, the internationally recognized high banked, quarter-mile oval. The ACT Tour opens for the season on Sat/Sun, April 29/30 at Thunder Road with the Merchants Bank 150. For additional information visit the ACT website at
