The reigning Pro All Stars Series (PASS) National Champion started on the pole of a 29-car field and stayed ahead of some wild action behind him for a wire-to-wire win at the Oxford 150.
In the process, Hopkins became the 83rd different winner in ACT Late Model Tour history. The series now has six different winners in six races at the season’s halfway mark.

ACT is riding a streak of four straight first-time winners in its highest sanctioned series, with Brooks Clark, Tom Carey II, D.J. Shaw, and Jimmy Renfrew Jr. all carrying checkered flags. At the same time, some of the region’s veterans such as Ben Rowe are showing they still have what it takes behind the wheel.

Thompson, CT — A severe rainstorm shortly after qualifying began forced the cancellation of the Samuel Adams Wicked Hazy IPA Spirit of 76 at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park on Wednesday, July 7. The event will not be rescheduled due to a lack of open dates.

Waterbury, VT — The American-Canadian Tour (ACT) announced today that the Claude Leclerc 150 scheduled for Vallée-Jct., QC’s Autodrome Chaudiere on July 24 has been cancelled due to the ongoing United States-Canada border closure. Both series and track officials are hopeful the event can finally take place in 2022 after what is now a two-year hiatus.

Waterbury, VT and Naples, ME — American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) officials announced today that they have made the difficult decision to remove the standalone Sunoco Modified feature from the July 7 program at Connecticut’s Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. The decision is the result of an SK Modified® tire shortage, which has left an extremely limited number of tires available for teams in the region.
