Barre, VT — Officials with the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour are excited to announce that 2019 American-Canadian Tour champion Rich Dubeau has joined on as Technical Inspector for the traveling international tour as well as select ACT-sanctioned events. Dubeau will work alongside ACT Director of Competition Pete Knights throughout the 2026 season.

Rich Dubeau cut his teeth in racing at the now defunct Canaan Fair Speedway and Claremont Speedway before making the jump to ACT full-time in 2015. After earning the Rookie of the Year honors that first season, his small family team continued to make gains. Together they earned career win number one at Autodrome Chaudiere in the inaugural Claude Leclerc 150 back in 2019 and took the Labor Day Classic at Thunder Road for good measure en-route to the championship.

Following the sudden and difficult loss of his brother David, Rich’s racing career took a back seat but his love for ACT Late Model racing never waned. “I’m very much looking forward to working with everybody,” said Dubeau on Wednesday. “It’ll be good to see old faces and new and I’m ready for the season to start!”

“All of us in the organization are very excited to have Rich come on board,” said ACT managing partner Cris Michaud. “He was always a first-class and respectful driver, and we have full faith that he’ll be an enthusiastic addition to our traveling team.”
