Rain, Rain Go Away - ACT & PASS Postpone Riverside Speedway Date
/Make-Up Date to be Announced This Week
Groveton, NH — Officials with the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and the Pro All Stars Series (PASS) have made the difficult decision to postpone the planned supershow at Riverside Speedway & Adventure Park in Groveton, New Hampshire. A make-up date will be jointly announced by the two sanctioning bodies this week.
Officials with both series spent the last several days watching various forecasts for Northern New Hampshire and by Saturday those forecasts had only gotten worse throughout the day Sunday.
“It looks like another rough start for us up here in New England,” said ACT managing partner Cris Michaud. “We’ve weathered these storms before, and we’ll continue to push through and make the best of things.”
Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour will be back in action this Saturday, June 6 for the 51st running of the Spring Green at Seekonk Speedway in Seekonk, Massachusetts. The touring Milton CAT stars are sure to face an onslaught of Seekonk Speedway local Late Models in a battle for the $5,000 win and a chance to win one of ACT’s cornerstone events at the Concrete Palace! Post Time is 6:00pm Saturday, if you can’t make it to the Action Track of the East, catch all the action on the North East Short Track Network at www.nestn.tv.
