Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour Headlines ‘Night Before the 250’ Action at Oxford Plains Speedway Saturday

Barre, VT — It’s the busiest stretch in recent memory for the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour faithful with all eyes on Oxford, Maine for the 53rd annual Oxford 250 weekend! The Pine Tree State 125 for the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour headlines the annual ‘Saturday Night Before the 250’ festivities with the championship chase ready to be on full display.

Saturday marks the 92nd point-counting visit to Oxford Plains Speedway for the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour since April of 1980. As the Vacationland Home to the traveling tour, Oxford Plains Speedway has a long and beloved history with the international Tour, and Saturday’s visit is the lone visit for ACT in 2026. Scheduled as the third weekend in a row due to summer rainouts, it’s sure to be a no-holds-barred affair for the traveling Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour teams!

The top three championship chasers have all fought back from midseason blows with all three entering Oxford confidently as one of their better tracks. Both Gabe Brown and Jesse Switser have returned from rough outings at Autodrome Chaudiere in June to collect wins and podiums while Kaiden Fisher bounced back from a blown motor at Riverside Speedway to win last weekend’s 200 lapper at Autodrome Montmagny. Although similar in size, the Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour teams must adjust from the sweeping turns and long straights of Montmagny to the much more circular and aged surface of Oxford.

While all three top chasers are sure to be a threat at Oxford on Saturday but they won’t be alone. Ryan Kuhn and the Reinbold Insurance Agency #63MA have been on a hot streak together, earning the Seacoast Challenge championship between Star and Lee USA Speedways and Kuhn always a ringer at OPS. Quebec’s Remi Perreault is looking to make it back-to-back top-ten finishes on the Tour this season while Jonathan Bouvrette looks to build on his top-ten runs at Oxford. Cole Littlewood, Aaron Fellows and Geoff Rollins are all looking to make up ground among the top-ten title chasers this weekend as well.

Saturday will mark Jason Corliss’s first time at Oxford since running the Nitro Trailers 250 back in 2015 and his first visit in an ACT Late Model with the Hartwell Motorsports #91CT team. The #31CT will also return to the Milton CAT Tour with Stafford Speedway champion and current Thompson Speedway Late Model rookie Travis Hydar behind the wheel. Joe Pastore will wheel a Factory 47-prepared machine while Cody LeBlanc, rookie Holdyn Sullivan, Ayla Martin, Seth Drown, Seekonk Late Model winner Ryan Flood and former Flying Tiger champion Jaden Perry will also make the trip.

The Milton CAT American-Canadian Tour is back in action this Saturday at Oxford Plains Speedway to headline the annual ‘Night Before the 250’ program during the 53rd Nitro Trailers Oxford 250 weekend! The Pine Tree State 125 is set to be the Tour’s lone trip to the Great State of Maine in 2026 with Saturday’s Post Time set for 4:00pm.
